Integration of the potential of educational institutions of different levels of education to form a system of pre-university training of children of the new generation.
The main tasks of the complex are the development and implementation of:
- innovative educational programs of pre-university training (Undergraduate Foundation) in the field of computer education;
- professional development programs in the field of IT for teachers of educational institutions.

- acquisition of basic soft skills - communication, teamwork, the basics of conflict management, leadership skills, conducting presentations and learning a foreign language;
- acquisition of professional skills in the field of IT - basic knowledge in the field of Python programming, web programming, development of mobile robotic systems, as well as the most widely used information technologies;
