In 1995, he graduated with honors from the Kharkiv Military University, majoring in mathematical support of automated control systems; in 2000, he defended his PhD thesis on a special topic; in 2005, he received the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Information Systems; in 2017, he received the academic title of professor of the department of information technologies; in 2014, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Information support of the economic security system of the enterprise", specialty 04.21.02 - Economic security of economic entities. Has two higher educations. Member of scientific and methodical commission 8 on information technologies, automation and telecommunications of the higher education sector of the Scientific and Methodical Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, specialty 126 "Information systems and technologies". 29 years of experience.
He is the author of more than 390 printed works, of which: 40 – monographs (5 – individual), 25 – training manuals (9 with the stamp of MONU), 68 – publications abroad in English. language (44 articles in journals indexed in known scientific and metric databases), 3 patents (1 - abroad), 3 textbooks. Has international certificates: Computer Technical Support, Network Security, Computer Fundamentals, ISO / IEC 17799:2005, General and Business English. Founder and organizer of the Information and Economic Security of INFECO and INFOS. Teaches the disciplines of the cycle of information technologies from specialty 126 "Information systems and technologies". Scientific interests – information and economic security, information technologies.
